Desktop License
Desktop licenses are for the most common uses, both personal and professional, for use in desktop applications with a font menu.

- Install the font on your Mac OS X or Windows system
- Use the font within desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Use the Font for (un-editable, non-embedded) marketing materials such as invitations, business cards, logos, branding, greeting cards, packaging designs, static (rasterized / flattened) images on web sites, apparel, books, stationary.
- Use for websites, apps, or video games (only as rasterized / flattened image)
Webfont License
Webfonts allow you to embed the font into a webpage using the @font-face rule, so paragraphs and headings of text can be styled as the webfont. You will be serving the webfont kit for your own site and linking it in the CSS.

- Use the Font using the @font-face CSS selector.
- Use the Font limited to the number of page views of your website at the time of license purchase ( under 100K pageviews/month )
E-Pub License
You can use an ePub license to embed the font in an electronic publication such as an eBook, eMagazine, eNewspaper, or interactive PDF.

- Embed the Font in the e-publication or e-book (not extractable)
App License
Select this license type when you are developing an app for iOS or Android and you will be embedding the font file in your mobile application’s code.

- Embed the Font in the application (not extractable)
Server License
A server license permits the installation and use of fonts on a server for dynamic text generation and rendering (for example, Custom Business Cards, T-shirts, PDF Invoices, Website Templates, Rasterized Images or Graphics, etc…).
- Font can be installed on a server and used by remote users or automated processes to create items.
- This license is valid for one year, and is renewed each year that the font remains installed
License Terms
Do
- You are not required to attribute or link to Yahyatype in any of projects.
- Use the fonts in books, magazines, and websites ONLY IF the fonts are used as static, rasterized images.
Dont!
- You are not allowed and have no right to redistribute, resell, license, rent, offer downloaded files to third parties or anywhere else.
- You are not permitted to open, edit or modify our products.
- Converting to paths or editing in software programs such as Illustrator is permitted, as long as the results are NOT converted to the new fonts or different format files for sale without our permission.
- Editing the file’s name into a new digital product name is NOT Allowed. This is not an original font creation and does not negate the original license terms.
- Make Font files available for download
- Modify the Font files and/or sell modified versions of the font files
- Create editable templates available for resale containing the Font
